The purpose of this project was to re-brand an existing company. In this case “Tout à Trac'' a theatre company, since 1998. From creating a new logo, to a whole brand identity.
Tout à trac is a theatre that has been finding ways to get people to feel joy through storytelling for many years.
This approach aims to represent the energy, connection and liveliness of theatre. By combining the essence of the company and a modern energetic design. Giving a sense of action and people. The design approach is modern, typographic and colourful. Using shapes, images and bold type.

Since theatres are all about live performances and connecting people directly to the art, I wanted to include that concept in my logo. I wanted to represent it in the simplest way possible. One of the first things I noticed about the company name was that the letter “T” was repeated three times.
I decided to use that to my advantage and combine two of them to create that sense and concept of connection. I also went with an older looking typeface with lower “A” bars since it was something that was used in theaters in the past.

In the end, throughout this process, I have found new ways of giving a brand its own identity and how to represent it in ways that will give you the mood of the company right away.
